Background… Christina opened Ambassador Translating in 1993. Before Ambassador, she worked as an Organization Development Consultant in corporations in NJ and NYC. She is fluent in Ukrainian.
When not working… Christina and her husband enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, sailing, scuba diving, and general healthy living.
Favorite saying… ‘Namaste’, can be loosely translated from the Sanskrit as
‘I honor the place in you which is of Love, of Truth, of Light, and of Peace’.
You may be surprised to know… Christina is certified as a Rescue Scuba Diver
Family… Christina & Alex have been married for 20+ years. Alex travels weekly (both domestically and internationally) for his job with Microsoft. They have a Havanese dog who loves to hike in the snow.
Background… Wenda was a member of the Ambassador Translating team from 1995 to the end of 2009. We appreciate her many years of service and wish her all the best in her new endeavors and much happiness to her and her wonderful family.
Gail
Background… Gail has been working at Ambassador since 2002. Before coming to Ambassador, Gail’s previous jobs as assistant & receptionist utilized her customer service, detail-oriented skills, and ability to juggle many tasks simultaneously.
When not working… Gail enjoys skiing, tennis, hiking, and camping with family and friends.

You might be surprised to know… Gail and her husband recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary.
Family… Gail’s husband works as an Operator at an oil refinery, where he is also Captain of the Fire Department. Gail and Jay have 3 daughters: Johanna is an oncology nurse, Jamie works full time and is also in school studying graphic design, Julie (plays volleyball and soccer and is also taking violin lessons.
Patti
Background… Patti joined the Ambassador team in 2008. She came to us with years of experience producing large scale complex events, such as Superbowl celebrations and televised parades.
When not working… Patti spends much of her time taking care of her family. They love to travel as a way to learn about the world and our place in it. When her days aren't too busy, Patti is working on the great American novel.
Favorite quote… "Be the change you wish to see in the world." -- Ghandi
You might be surprised to know… Patti earned her first college degree when she turned 50.
Family… Patti has two talented children (Ben & Rachel), a few of cats (who don't really need her), and an awesome husband (Cory).
Background... Marlowe is the newest member of the Ambassador team joining us in 2010! Her previous work experience as a director for youth lacrosse, managing a home and retail storefront business and interior design assistant has instilled the importance of customers, customer service and being detailed in all aspects of a business.
When not working.... Marlowe spends most of her time with family. You can usually find her on the sidelines of a lacrosse field cheering on her boys. The family loves to travel to the Grandparents home by the lake and take in a little R & R!! When time permits, she is in her studio creating her artworks.

You might be surprised to know... Marlowe is an artist and loves creating and designing one of-a-kind glassware, jewelry and handbags using repurposed goods and silver mediums.
Family... Marlowe and Mike have been married for 20+ years. They have two wonderful teenage boys (Tyler and Dylan) and a Blue Heeler pup named Josie!
